Office of Property Control Management
The Office of Property Control Management is responsible for collecting all University property that is deemed "surplus" by the University's departments. This property must then be sent to the Louisiana Property Assistance Agency (State Surplus) in Baton Rouge. However, part of the mission of this office is to attempt to save the University money by redistributing this surplus property to any department that is need of it. Typical items in surplus are: computer monitors, older computers (usually 2-3 years old), desks, and chairs. Please contact us to see if we have anything your department might need.
