Important Dates

All fees for the Summer 2016 semester must be paid by May 27, 2016 for early registration and June 1, 2016 for late registration.

If balance is not paid by May 27st at 4:30 p.m., your class enrollment will be cancelled.

Late registration begins on May 28th.  If a student enrolls or re-enroll (from being cancelled) during late registration, the $150 late registration fee will be charged to the student's fee bill.

  • Regular classes begin: May 31, 2016  (Session B - July 12)
  • Final date to add classes: June 1, 2016 (Session B - July 14)


  • Independence Day- Monday, July 4, 2016


The final date to receive a full refund (less any non-refundable fees and $50 Administrative fee) for dropped classes or schedule adjustments is June 1, 2016. [Summer Session A Only- June 1/ Summer Session B Only - July 14]

After June 1st, there are NO REFUNDS FOR DROPPED CLASSES . You must drop all classes and resign (withdraw from the university) in order to receive a refund for any dropped class.

If you drop all classes and resign (withdraw from the university) between May 31st-June 1, a $50 administration fee will be assessed to your student account.

The final date to drop course(s) or resign and NOT have course(s) recorded is June1, 2016.

The final date to resign (withdraw from ALL classes) and have your tuition reduced by 50% (less any non-refundable fees) is June 10, 2016.  [Summer Session A Only- June 10th /  Summer Session B Only - July 18th]

No Extended Payment Plan Option available for the Summer.

Final Date to drop course(s) or resign from the University and receive a (W) for course(s) is June 24, 2016. (A fee of $50 per course will be charged to an Undergraduate student receiving a grade of "W" for a class.)  [For Summer Session A only- June 10th and For Summer Session B only- July 25th]
