Acts as marketing liaisons with all departments to create consistent, university branded materials.
Acts as point person on all on-campus marketing projects.
Manages email@example.com email account.
Receives deliveries of print jobs; occasionally uses personal vehicle to pick up completed projects.
Maintains archived files of completed projects organized by fiscal year and department.
Contribute to production of semiannual alumni magazine by securing ad placement and coordinating production schedule.
Manages text-messaging software to communicate to current students.
Fulfills all requests for table covers.
Fulfills all requests for name tags.
Assists director with media placement.
Assists director with enrollment material.
Collaborates with marketing team on special projects.
Compiles, edits and distributes weekly Campus News.
May research, compose and post items to website newsfeed.
Additional duties assigned by the supervisors as seen necessary.
Monitors production process for all routine stationery orders.
Occasionally solicits bids for print jobs from contracted printers and quotes from other vendors.
Ensures accuracy of vendor invoices before submitting to accounts payable for processing.
P-card holder duties as required (pre-approval paperwork and monthly reconciliation).
Initiates all spending freeze exemptions and follows approval process to completion.
Initiates all requisitions and purchase order requests and ensures communication of PO number to staff or vendor.
Uses PeopleSoft receipt module to complete invoicing process.
Ensures timely payment of invoices.
Serves as timekeeper for department employees.
Manages daily budget requests with the director of marketing.
Maintains office operations manual as central location for key operating information.
Maintains office supply inventory and handles office supplies purchases through state contract.
Liaise with Multitech Office Machines (owner of our copy machine leases) as necessary to maintain toner supply and optimal machine function.
Allocates printing costs for marketing materials produced for various units by conducting interdepartmental transfer requests and invoicing campus units.
Bachelor’s degree. Proficiency with Microsoft office suite software. Organized.
3 years of marketing or related experience.
Analytical skills-ability to leverage data to inform both marketing and communications decisions.
Project management-demonstrated initiative, problem solving, attention to detail and team management skills.
Ability to manage relationships in a complex environment both internally and externally.
Strong collaboration and team skills.
Excellent written communication skills and experience editing/providing feedback on the work of others.
