College of Sciences

Through its seven departments, the College of Sciences offers baccalaureate degrees in the natural, physical and computational sciences, as well as several masters’ and Ph.D. programs. Core to all programs is classroom and laboratory instruction. Graduate and qualified undergraduate students may also participate in research experiences in the basic and applied sciences.

College of Sciences Research Initiatives

The College of Sciences has numerous initiatives to enhance research for faculty, graduate and undergraduate students. These initiatives are centered around travel grants for faculty and students, research grants for faculty and graduate students, and enhancement of recruitment of new Ph.D. students.
