Marketing and Ticket Operations Manager

POSITION SUMMARY


RESPONSIBILITIES

Direct and oversee all ticket operations for the Department of Athletics; manage ticketing software Manage all internal and external marketing initiatives; Develop and execute promotional strategies for all 14 Division I sports. Cultivate and solicit group sales and priority seating sales. Work in close collaboration with Director of Athletics Communications to develop, activate and maintain effective and progressive social media campaigns. Maintain www.unoprivateers.com, the official website of the New Orleans Privateers, as a primary marketing and promotional resource for the program. Manage sponsorship contracts and fulfill assets associated with those contracts. Oversee fan experience and game presentation for each home athletics contest. Other related duties as assigned by Director of Athletics.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree; 1-2 years professional experience in an NCAA department of athletics; demonstrated experience with a current ticketing operations software; strong interpersonal and written communication skills.


DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Master’s Degree; 1-3 years professional experience in NCAA Division I department of athletics; experience in ticket operations and college marketing and promotions.


SALARY

Commensurate with qualifications and experience.
