DEPARTMENT: Intensive English Language Program, Division of International Education 

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Management of the Intensive English Language Program, including: budget preparation, administration, hiring, quality control, supervision, training and evaluation of all professional staff; Short and long-term strategic planning for the program; Supervision of all marketing and recruitment initiatives; and Administration and oversight of the academic program and administrative area. 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Master’s degree in English as a Second Language (ESL) or related field; ESL teaching experience; Three (3) years of experience in a language program setting; Two (2) years of supervisory and administrative experience; Excellent interpersonal, intercultural and organizational skills; Demonstrated competence in office computer skills; and Knowledge of a second language. 

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Two (2) years on-line teaching, marketing and university recruiting experience and fluency in a
second language. 

SALARY: Commensurate with qualifications and experience.
