DEPARTMENT: Information Technology

40% - Manage the PeopleSoft Project. This entails planning upgrades and fixes, contracting consulting help as needed, and managing project staff to ensure timely and successful implementation
20% - Supervise professional-level staff of application programmers
10% - Manage requests for application program development and enhancement
20% - Develop and maintain SQRs, queries and pages for the PeopleSoft system.
10% - Perform related duties as required

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
Experience Implementing PeopleSoft modules and upgrading PeopleSoft
5 years programming experience, with 2 of those in a managerial position and 1 as a systems analyst.
Excellent written and oral communication skills

Experience working with Oracle and SQL Server databases.
Good oral and written communications skills.
Experience with Human Resources systems

SALARY: Commensurate with qualifications and experience.
