Director of Enrollment Operations and Technology

POSITION SUMMARY: Reports Directly to the Assistant Provost for Admissions and Enrollment Management and is responsible for the daily operations pertaining to budgetary processes and inventory management of the Office Enrollment Services

• The Director provides leadership, vision, and guidance in managing the operational functions of the offices of enrollment services.
• Oversees and monitors all workflows processes in in the CRM and data processing systems
• Performs analyses, identifies problems and solutions, makes recommendations and evaluates results for admissions.
• Supervises staff and manages the effectiveness and efficiency of prospect and application processing, standard and ad hoc reporting, communication flow planning and fulfillment, coordinates continuous training for staff to enhance knowledge of software applications and emerging technology.
• The Director coordinates data analysis and statistical evaluation; identifies and defines web-based applications to support enrollment functions; coordinates system audits to ensure data integrity and accuracy; collaborates in common data definitions regarding the interface of university-wide data files and operations.
• The Director will serve as the initial point of contact for all internal data requests requiring first level support and response to those standard queries performed on a regular basis and distributed to support the internal administrative and academic mission of the institution.
• The Director will have a broad knowledge of all OES operations and support services including but limited to: Admission & Financial Aid procedures and processes, registration, scheduling, classroom management/space allocation, cross enrollment, transcript production, enrollment verification, national student clearinghouse reporting, and document imaging.
• This position will assist the other directors in enforcing academic regulations and policies, state and federal regulations, and the maintenance of all student record production.
• Perform other duties as needed/assigned

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Undergraduate degree from a regionally accredited college or university. A minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in a multiple person office. A minimum of 3 years experience in a higher education setting. PeopleSoft experience. Working knowledge of FERPA and federal and state regulations regarding student records. Proficiency in data management and reporting using desk-top technology

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Master's Degree from a regionally accredited college or university. Prior experience working with budgets (including extensive travel) in a higher education setting. Prior experience working with personnel matters in a higher education setting. Extensive knowledge of PeopleSoft. Prior experience in an Enrollment Services position (Admissions, Registrar, Financial Aid, Bursar). Document management experience. Strong problem solving skills. Strong writing and verbal communication skills. The ability to multi-task to meet critical deadlines with numerous priorities.

SALARY: Commensurate with qualifications and experience.
