DEPARTMENT: OTS Technical Services Contract – Systems Administration

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage Folder Redirection & Assist Basic Help Desk, Advanced Help Desk, & Triage with Folder Redirection Issues & Training
• Assist in new file/web/application server setup both in production and various test environments
• Investigate & troubleshoot server-related applications as related to server-side configuration/management
• Train Basic Help Desk & Advanced Help Desk staff as needed regarding Print Server management
• Provide Basic Help Desk & Advanced Help Desk support on high priority matters/for high priority supported staff
• Participate in UNO IT Support Contract On-Call Rotation
• Participate in UNO IT Support Contract Disaster Support Plan
• Other UNO-related tasks/responsibilities on an as needed basis

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree
• 3 years full-time, professional experience in an I.T. related position
• Excellent analytical skills, effective organizational and time management skills.
• Great attention to detail and follow up, and verbal/written communications skills.
• Excellent problem solving/troubleshooting skills.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• 4 years full-time, professional experience in an I.T. related position
• 2 years technical experience with UNO IT Support contract
• 2 years full-time, professional I.T. experience specifically in a systems administration or junior systems administration role
• Bachelor's degree in I.T. related field
• MCSA: Windows Server 2012 - Installing and Configuring Windows Server 2012 Exam Passed
• MCSA: Windows Server 2012 - Administering Windows Server 2012 Exam Passed
• MCSA: Windows Server 2012 - Configuring Advanced Windows Server 2012 Services Exam Passed
• CompTia Network+ (N10-006)
• Microsoft Database Fundamentals

SALARY: Commensurate with qualifications and experience.
