ASTRO CAMP
NEXT GENERATION TO MARS: FULL STEAM AHEAD

AstroCampJoin us at UNO for Astro Camp®! The Astro Camp® Program is part of NASA's Out of School-time Learning (NOSL) network designed to engage students in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) using space-themed activities. The camp is open to students entering 5th - 7th grade in Fall 2017.  It will be held at the University of New Orleans in the Bicentennial Education Center from 8:00am to 3:30pm on July 24—July 28, 2017.  Click here for more information or email stem@uno.edu for further questions.

Registration will be open from June 19, 2017 (starting at 12pm) – July 17, 2017. Space is limited to 35 campers. Registration will be accepted on a first come basis and a waiting list started once camp capacity is reached.

Board of Regents will host a Regional Informational Session

The Board of Regents will host a Regional Informational Session at Southern University in New Orleans, located at the South end of the Campus, last building at 6400 Press Drive adjacent to Pontchartrain Park for all New Orleans Area Campuses.

The focus will be on Restructuring of the Louisiana Board of Regents Support Fund and implications for funding opportunities in future cycles as well as the landscape of federal funding for research and higher education.”

PeopleSoft Financials - Excel and nVision

This workshop is designed for users who are currently working with nVision and who are familiar with basic Excel functions.  Participants will gain the skills and knowledge necessary to organize the nVision data for presentation purposes using advanced Excel functions.  Demonstrated Excel features will include Pivot Tables.
