Student E-mail Accounts and ID Cards

UNO Identification Cards

Your UNO ID card, among other things, can be used to check out books from the UNO Library, pick up your loan check, attend UNO athletic events at no cost, and obtain discounts at movie theaters and other businesses around the city.

You can get your ID card at 101P Computer Center throughout the semester.

E-mail Communications

The most efficient method for the University to communicate with students is through e-mail. Reminder messages, course cancellations, college/faculty messages, financial aid updates, and notifications of purge for non-payment of fees, non-attendance and other important messages are all examples of the types of communication sent by e-mail. UNO maintains an e-mail account for each student. Student should check this messaging system to ensure they are receiving all information that pertains to them. Students having difficulty accessing their UNO e-mail should contact the University Computer Center Help Desk (101T Computer Center) or call 280-4357.
