Centralized Enrollment Services

Representatives from the Bursar, Accounts Receivable, Student Financial Aid, Student I.D. Cards, University Police (parking decals) and the Registrar (graduation and registration issues only) operate out of a central location in the location TBA at the beginning of each semester to provide one-stop services for the student body. When not located in the University Center, these offices operate out of their normal campus locations. Centralized Enrollment Services hours of operation follow:

Fee Payment Deadline

You can pay your fees by web, mail (see postmark deadlines in Important Dates Calendar), in person. In any case you must pay fees no later than the deadline noted for the specific semester or your schedule will be cancelled. All enrollment periods have one payment deadline except the Summer terms which have varying deadlines based on the actual date of registration. Students who do not complete their financial arrangements with the University by 4:30 p.m. on the dates noted below for the respective term/semester will be purged (removed from all their classes) from the registration system.

Office and Evening Hours

Campus offices are generally open weekdays from 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. They are also open Tuesday evenings until 6 p.m. during the week preceding the first week of class for the Fall and Spring semesters, the first two weeks in the Fall and Spring semesters and the first week of the regular summer term. This includes the College Offices who maintain the same hours as noted here along with those associated with Centralized Enrollment Services. Advising may not be available from NOON to 1:00 p.m. during Late Registration.

Speical Note

If you decide not to attend UNO this semester, you must follow the withdrawal/resignation process. Failure to do so will result in an unofficial withdrawal status, grades of "F" at the end of the semester, and possible repayment of Title IV funds, if applicable.

QUICK FACT

New payment deadlines are in effect for Fall and Spring semesters depending on when you register for classes. Check the web for the dates that apply to you. If you miss the payment deadline, you will lose your classes.
