Division of Business & Economic Research
The Division of Business and Economic Research (DBER) provides a wide range of research related services to businesses, government agencies, media, non-profit organizations, and individuals in the New Orleans metropolitan area community. The research includes visitor profiles, economic impact studies, forecast of tourism indicators, customer satisfaction surveys, sporting events, and festival studies.
The DBER supports the Hospitality Research Center (HRC) in a variety of hospitality, travel, and tourism research.
Institute of Economic Development & Real Estate Research
The Institute of Economic Development & Real Estate Research is a public service division of the Henry Bernstein College of Business Administration that combines the resources of the Center for Economic Development and the Real Estate Research Center.
Hospitality Research Center
The Hospitality Research Center (HRC) is a Louisiana Board of Regents Center. The HRC provides a variety of research services to local and state hospitality and tourism organizations. These services include but are not limited to, Visitor Profiles, Special Events Impact on the Economy, Tourism Industry Salary Surveys, and Tourism Indicators.
