Transfer Requirements

We welcome applications from students in good academic standing from fully accredited two- and four-year schools.

All students transferring to UNO must have at least:

• 24 or more credit hours of college-level courses (including courses in English and Math with a "C" or higher)
• 2.25 or higher cumulative GPA as calculated by our Admissions Office
• Send all official transcripts from previously attended institutions to transcripts@uno.edu, if you were admitted without test scores you have to take the Accuplacer test. Learn more here.

If you have fewer than 24 credit hours, you must also meet freshman admissions requirements.
