- Users can log in from any Canvas link on the UNO website or from the Canvas tile on their myapps.uno.edu page. Can't access Canvas? Email the CTI for help.
Spring 2025 Courses in Canvas
- If you are not in a Canvas course your are teaching but you do see the course in Workday, please wait 3-6 hours for Workday and Canvas to sync.
- If you are not in a Canvas course you are teaching and do not see the course in Workday, please ask your department chair or whomever is assigning courses to email canvas@uno.edu with a request for you to be manually added.
IT and Accenture are on top of the Workday issues and working hard to ensure a smooth transition from Peoplesoft. We’ll keep you up to date if anything changes.

If you use Proctor U for high-stakes exam proctoring, please go to our Teaching and Learning Tools page, and click the Online Proctoring heading to learn about important changes to how you and your students will access Proctor U. It has been moved into the Canvas environment, and will no longer require students to download an app to their device. - AI Information Added to CTI Website
The CTI has added a section on AI policy and links to larger AI conversations/topics in our Teaching Resources page. - Student "Online Learning at UNO" Page
When your students have questions about online learning at UNO, point them to UNO's new Online Learning webpage. UNO's Online Learning webpage helps your students understand the types of online learning available at UNO, as well as guides them through basic tools and skills needed to be a successful student. - Keep Teaching During An Emergency
With hurricane season upon us, the CTI is reminding you to be prepared. Familiarize yourself with our Keep Teaching website. There you will find useful information for teaching continuity during any emergency campus closure. As always, your syllabus should be uploaded to your Canvas shell during the week before classes start (as per the Faculty Workload policy). - CTI Workshops
