The new School of HRT building will enhance educational programming with experiential learning including laboratories, technologies, service learning, job shadowing, internships, and industry-based credentials.
This teaching kitchen will allow students to work around four stations, concentrating on different production techniques with new state-of-the-art equipment.
This teaching space will serve as the main entrance to the new building, as well as function as a teaching space for hotel operations.
The Dining Room will be used by students to both prepare and serve food in a practice setting. Students are responsible for menu-prep, food prep, serving, and clean-up. This space may also be used by the school for hosting gatherings and events.
This multi-purpose classroom space will provide training in wine, beer, and spirits, as well as opportunities for educational wine tastings.
This space will serve as a social gathering space for students, professors, visitors, and alumni. The patio will also be used for pre-function events.
