This insurance must be maintained throughout the entire program participation period.
• Reporting address changes within 10 days—Address changes should be reported to the Office of International Students and Scholars. Exchange visitors who fail to submit information regarding changes in U.S. address are considered to be in violation of their status and are not eligible for reinstatement [22 CFR 62.77(a)(4)(b)].
• Departing the U.S. within 30 days of program completion. Your actual completion date may be different than the one listed on your DS-2019. Make sure you know the correct date [8 CFR 214.2(j)(1)(ii)].
