Outreach & Service

These groups volunteer in the community and perform service on campus, such as Best Buddies or Puppy Pals.

Best Buddies

Purpose: To establish a global volunteer movement that creates opportunities for one-to-one friendships, integrated employment and leadership development for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).

Circle K

Purpose: To inform students of global, social problems and discuss issues that affect mainly oppressed groups in a safe space.

National Society of Black Engineers 

Purpose: The Mission of NSBE it " to increase the number of culturally responsible Black Engineers who excel academically, success professionally and positively impact the community.

People Actively Lending Support (PALS)

Purpose: To provide an academic as well as social organization encouraging kindness, friendliness, and support. Our goal is to assist others in building friendships, social skills, a sense of community, and confidence.

Puppy Pals

Purpose: To support animal welfare through volunteer opportunities such as dog-sitting and walking, dog-grooming, and visiting local animal shelters.
