Please read the following information carefully before applying:
When you click the Apply Now link you will need to create an account by clicking Sign-Up. Once you have completed this you will be forwarded to the application form.
Non-UNO students must upload a completed Home Campus Information Form (HCIF) to their UNO-Gabon application. The HCIF requires a signature from a study abroad official at the student's home campus confirming that the student has completed all tasks required before applying to an external study abroad program. Please email studyabroad@uno.edu for a copy of the HCIF or download it here.
All applicants should select the course BIOS 4590 under the Course 1 heading in the application form.
As part of the application students need to upload unofficial transcripts that show their course work to date and their cumulative GPA.
It is the student's responsibility to ensure that all required materials, including those submitted on their behalf by their home institution, are submitted by the March 14 deadline. Failure to do so will result in an incomplete application.
*Please note: All program participants need a valid passport in order to travel to Gabon. Your passport needs to be valid for at least six months after your return to the US, so should have an expiration date of February 1, 2026 at the earliest. If you need to renew your passport, or need to apply for one, we strongly encourage all applicants to begin this process as soon as they submit their application for the program.
