Conference Registration Fees

The State Liability Travel Card or CBA must be used as the form of payment for conference registration fees. Workday supplier invoice request or personal reimbursements are not acceptable forms of payment for conference registration fees unless credit cards are not accepted. Please contact the Office of Accounts Payable for questions regarding payment options. 

The registration fee and courses/workshops associated with the conference are allowed. Additional activities such as tours and entertainment are not permitted. Individual memberships must be pre-approved by the President’s Office when combined with a registration fee, and cannot be charged to the State Travel Card of CBA.
