Students will be able to recognize and describe different types of creative expression, including literature, visual art, music, and film, and be able to analyze and interpret them.

Students will be able to express themselves--orally, writing, or other textual communication-in a clear and effective manner for a variety of audiences and purposes.
Intercultural Knowledge Rubric
Students will be able to identify and describe cultures outside their own and explain how different cultures interact and influence each other.
Critical Thinking and Problem Solving Rubric
Students will be able to gather, organize, and evaluate information critically in order to persuade, inform, or to solve problems, individually and collaboratively in teams.
Quantitative Literacy Rubric
Students will be able to apply basic mathematical and analytical skills to practical, real-world quantitative information in the context of their discipline, or multiple disciplines, to solve problems and draw conclusions.
