Fees
The 2022 Glories of France program cost is $4,895 for UNO students and $5,495 for non-UNO (guest) students. If the cost of the program increases, we will communicate this as soon as possible to students.
The program cost includes:
Tuition, university fees, transcript fees, accommodations in a private studio apartment, full lunch on class days, all required academic field trips, a welcome party and farewell party, excursions in the Languedoc/Provence region once a week, field trips to the beach, a week-end excursion to Paris with accommodations and transportation, comprehensive travel insurance, and on-site staff during the length of the program.
The program cost does NOT include:
Airfare, passport fees, telephone calls, optional excursions, textbooks, meals not mentioned, or any items of a personal nature.

Payment Terms & Schedule
- Upon application: Deposit of $300.00 is required with the application. ($150.00 of this deposit is a non-refundable application fee, regardless of when the student withdraws, if applicable).
- By March 15, 2022: A second payment of $500.00 is due.
- After March 15, 2022: Provided space is available, late applicants must remit a payment of $800.00 with the application.
- By April 15, 2022: Payment in full is due. Participants applying after this date must remit the entire program cost with the application.
Unless payments are made on schedule, we cannot guarantee a place in the program. If payment is by check, it must be made payable to The University of New Orleans and mailed to:

- Credit Card payments can be made on line via our secure program web site: https://inst.uno.edu/secure/intled/inst/payments/
- Please note that all payments made with a credit or debit card will incur a nonrefundable convenience fee of approximately 3%.
Refunds & Cancellation Policy
- Before/on March 15, 2022: All payments (except $150 application fee) are fully refundable if a student withdraws from the program voluntarily before this date. If UNO cancels the program, all monies paid by the student, including the $150 application fee will be refunded.
- After March 15, 2022 until April 15, 2022: A cancellation fee of $650.00 will be assessed.
- After April 15, 2022 until June 10, 2022: Only those monies that can be recovered from vendors by the university will be refunded.
- If a student withdraws from the program on June 11, 2022 or later, NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE.
- The effective date of a cancellation shall be the date that written notice is received by the Program Coordinator (gofmc@uno.edu) at the University of New Orleans.
- Refund policies apply to all students regardless of date of application or circumstance.
NOTE : The participant remains ultimately responsible for the payment of all program costs regardless of any circumstances, such as but not limited to the deferment of payments against the anticipated arrival of financial aid.
