Advanced Materials and Manufacturing
The Advanced Materials Research Institute (AMRI) is a multidisciplinary institute that provides a unique environment integrating academic, private and government sectors in the conception and development of novel research programs. Projects in the institute combine efforts in a variety of areas addressing important topics in materials including nanotechnology, environmental remediation, clean renewable energy, green chemistry, and additive manufacturing of antimicrobial medical components. The broad expertise of researchers in Physics, Chemistry and Engineering combined with state-of-the-art equipment allows our program to develop new research areas as well as impact important technologies.
